The Florida Benefit.

Because Florida is a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, Utica ABSN graduates who pass the NCLEX-RN exam and claim primary residency in Florida can practice nursing in any NLC state without having to complete or pay for additional licensure applications.
